RESERVATION POLICY

In order to confirm your reservation is necessary to make a deposit equal to 30% of the total charge of your stay in one of the available ways of payment.

For up to 3 days reservation in order to confirm your reservation is necessary to make a deposit equal to 100% of the total charge of your stay in one of the available ways of payment

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any booking falling for reason COVID-19 as this announced by governmental orders and regulations are subject to the follow terms:

Guests who have already booked and are scheduled to arrive 2026, non-flexible rate and non refundable bookings included, according Law FEK/14-04-2020/article 70 per voucher, will be subject to any future governmental orders and regulations and a voucher will be issued. Any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and rate differences. To cancel and receive a credit voucher, please contact Folegandros Villas.

Credit vouchers (issued on 2024) are valid for 2 years, until the end of 2026 (calendar year).

Rest credit vouchers have been issued 2025 and will issued on 2026 will valid for 2 years, until end 2027 (calendar year)

Any booking falling for other reasons are subject to the follow terms:

Any cancellation that takes place 31 days prior to arrival will be issued a credit voucher for future travel through Sep. 30^th, 2027 with no penalty. Any changes to existing reservations will be subject to availability and rate differences. To cancel and receive a credit voucher, please contact Folegandros Villas.

Any cancelation less than 30 days prior to arrival will result in 30% payment of the entire booking.

Any cancelation less than 21 days prior to arrival will result in 50% payment of the entire booking.

Any cancelation less than 7 days prior to arrival or no show results in 100% payment of the entire booking.

Any cancellation that concerns special offers, i.e. non-flexible rate booking or non refundable rate booking, will result in not refund of the payment.

 

Pet Policy :

Tied dogs allowed only in the private garden of each Villa, since they do not disturb – upon request.
