Reservation Policy

In order to confirm your reservation is necessary to make a deposit equal to 30% of the total charge of your stay in one of the available ways of payment.

For up to 3 days reservation in order to confirm your reservation is necessary to make a deposit equal to 100% of the total charge of your stay in one of the available ways of payment

Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy

Guests who cancel 21 days or more before arrival receive a credit voucher for future travel. This voucher remains valid for two years from the date of issue. Reservation changes depend on availability and rate differences. Please contact Folegandros Villas to cancel your booking and receive your voucher.

Shorter notice cancellations incur the following charges:

• Cancellations less than 21 days before arrival incur a fee of 30% of the total booking.
• Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival incur a fee of 50% of the total booking.
• Cancellations less than 2 days before arrival, or failure to arrive, incur a fee of 100% of the total booking.

Free Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to specific flexible rate options:

• Guests who cancel 21 days or more before scheduled arrival receive a full refund.
• Cancellations 20 days or less before arrival incur a fee of 30% of the total booking.
• Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival, or failure to arrive, incur a fee of 100% of the total booking.

Government Regulations and Vouchers

Government orders and official regulations might affect scheduled arrivals. Under applicable legislation, including Greek Law FEK/14-04-2020/article 70, we will issue a credit voucher for these disruptions. This rule applies to all bookings, including rates that are not flexible or refundable.

• Credit vouchers remain valid for two years from the date of issue.
• Reservation changes remain subject to availability and rate differences.
• Please contact Folegandros Villas to process your credit voucher.

Pet Policy

Tied dogs allowed only in the private garden of each Villa, since they do not disturb – upon request.
